How Did I Get Here

I've spent my life as someone who supports others with their emotions.  I've made many choices in my life that led me down one way of a diverging path.  I consider myself a therapist, teacher, social worker, youth support worker, community health worker, and more.  I've taken various career paths that developed the skills of supporting other humans with their emotional regulation mental health.  It's later in life that I began to work in this role as a clinical trauma therapist.  The truth is every one of those experiences professionally and all of my personal lived experiences with mental health create a person who can support you while you are helping yourself heal.
